My sample implementation does not install/include the command rpm
because it is not part of the spec.

I provide an rpm command though under ./bin (not in the chrooted
environment), so you can use that to install additional packages
into the chroot environment.

I will write up some more examples and explanations on the plane.
Have to pack my bags now.
