   The document is written in Docbook SGML.

Unfortunately, the tools for processing Docbook SGML seem to suck
rocks.  You can't generate pretty-printed text files from the SGML, like
you can with Linuxdoc.

I suppose the current religious fascination with Docbook will eventually
cause people to improve the tools, but right now, I'm seriously
unimpressed.  Even texinfo has more convenient and easier-to-use tools,
and that's damning with very faint praise.....  *Sigh*
