The app developer's guide uses mutt and slang as examples,
so those could be added.

I motion that we delete xv form our application battery due to licensing.

On the same topic, but a separate issue, we need to add more to the application
battery.  We are looking for candidates that are easy to build as an LSB
compliant application.
