For VSClite we should wait until after the end of the year
when a revised version will be available. As well as the ability 
to test 1003.1-2001 as well as 1003.2-1992, it has  support
for the newer versions of TET, new tcl/expect and general bug fixes
to make it run on Linux a lot smoother than the present version (511A)
