The WG adoption call has completed and the document has significant support for adoption. I’m anticipating that we’ll have more than one algorithm document so it would be better to have a less generic name. For example, draft-ietf-lsr-flooding-topo-min-degree.txt. The replaces meta-data can be set independent of the WG document name so we have freedom here.
