Thanks for the specification.

I have one question that I would like to get a response to as I believe it will
add clarity in the specification. I says -

    Sub-TLVs SHOULD be rate-limited to prevent a Denial of Service (DoS) attack
    (distributed or otherwise) from overloading the OSPFv3 control plane.

Is there a description on the rate-limitation that can be referenced here so
that we understand it better?
