Hi Xiaohu, What you’re proposing is already described in IS-IS Mesh Groups (https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc2973.html) and improved upon in Dynamic Flooding (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-lsr-dynamic-flooding).
