Hi,

This document has now been discussed with the GREEN WG and all questions have
been addressed. There is no overlap between the Power Group work and GREENs
work.

The authors are not ready to agree to experimental status at this time. That
is unnecessary and unprecendented at this point. We want to be on the
standards track.

As above, we have discussed this. Due to the very different purposes (detailed
modeling vs. real-time lightweight operations), there are no obvious points
where compatibility can be improved.

Review is always welcome.

If the point is to make immediate progress, then we request that we move
forward immediately.
