HI, I support the WG adoption of the draft.
Yes I do have some reservations about overall network design requirements and in fact in general about trimming network capacity in an ON/OFF fashion, but I see no reason not to progress this draft and allocate codepoints for requested extensions in the light of what IGPs already carry today.
