***** Can anyone help me locate technologists working on Internet freedom tools, especially those for application in foreign countries? I am organizing a workshop that looks critically at democracy promotion and Internet freedom from the perspective of international regime change operations. There is a lot of social science research on this, but I am not sure it is known to the technical community. I hope to meet some folks on the tool development side, especially some who are perhaps wondering about the beneficial effects of some of the tools. Thanks Hans
