The U.S. appears to have hardly been able to adequately test its general or hospitalized population for COVID-19 and WaPo is now reporting on proposals to digitally monitor infected folks?
Sounds like a "cart before horse" problem. Are disaster venture capitalists (Amazon-WaPo included?) now becoming prone to thinking too much about their own bank accounts whilst in 'home stay self-isolation'? Perhaps they ought to instead focus hearts and minds on developing *digital and/or scientific tools 'for the people' starting with testing and medical equipment *(e.g. ventilators).
