+1 on bo0od's question-asking framework. Like we saw with zoom, you cannot rely 
on the marketing or anything a company tells you these days. The source code 
and their actions speak for themselves.

I am also not a lawyer, but false marketing like this could be illegal 
(especially if that gives you an edge on competitors). For these cases, I 
always email the EFF at [email protected] (gpg keys on their Website).
