Still I only get password change screen and no other password management link.
This screen is only good for people who want to change their current password
but not for lost password.

I am working on the latest stable build. I don't get all options to operate on
the password on the main screen. The demo screenshot shows that I can get all
three options (questions, sms, and change) but I only get one of them.
Can someone tell me how do I get my main screen to look like the demo
screenshot and not have just one password options?
