Issue #645 has been updated by David Coutadeur.

manpath -d

path directory /usr/local/berkeleydb/bin is not in the config file
and doesn't have ../man, man, ../share/man, or share/man subdirectories

path directory /usr/local/openldap/bin is not in the config file
but does have a ../man, man, ../share/man, or share/man subdirectory
adding /usr/local/openldap/share/man to manpath

path directory /usr/local/openldap/sbin is not in the config file
but does have a ../man, man, ../share/man, or share/man subdirectory
/usr/local/openldap/share/man is already in the manpath

Conclusion:
Debian is clever, no need to indicate man path, it is computed automatically
thanks to PATH
