Hi David, you can find the debian packaging sources on our svn repo, see http://tools.ltb-project.org/projects/ltb/repository/show/openldap-deb/trunk or https://ltb-project.org/svn/openldap-deb/trunk/ A little packaging how to was written, see https://ltb-project.org/svn/openldap-deb/trunk/debian/paquet-openldap-debian/packaging_debian.README You just need to get the HEAD code of OpenLDAP, and our Debian packaging files, and you should be able to make your own packages.
