Hi,
sorry, LTB SSP is designed to change password in an LDAP directory. You
can use a posthook to update the password in another backend like a text
file if you need it, but it will clearly be a security flaw.
From my point of view, an LDAP directory is already an easily
accessible and exportable directory, you should use one.
