Hi everyone,
I've uploaded a new tarball snapshot for those of you who don't have
access to CVS. This is tagged at 11-4-1-sv.
As usual, this tarball is made from a live anonymous CVS directory, so
you can use this and update later (with cvs up -dP).
For those of you using the CVS version, there's no need to download
this, as you already have the latest (if you have done a recent update).

P.S. I uploaded this morning (UK time) and the Savannah folks say that
it may take up to 24 hours to hit all the mirrors, so if you can't get
this straight away, try again later.
