I've applied your patches.  The only thing I'm not sure about is the
install path.  I see the following, is this what you intended?

/opt/ltib/usr/bin/rpm --root `pwd`/rootfs --dbpath /var/lib/rpm -ql
sftp-server
//usr
//usr/libexec
//usr/libexec/sftp-server
