It's probably an error in your .spec file. Take a look as some others
use those as a guide. If you think it's right, then you may need to do
more in your .spec file such as adjust libtool settings (other .spec
files have examples).
There is vsftpd in ltib IMHO that's quite a good ftp server, maybe you
could use that?
