Hi Stuart,

Thanks for your advises.

I installed ubuntu 11.10 as alongside window XP and tried to prepare host.

"unable to locate package ... " , "package ... has no installation
candidate" , such kinds of error show in preparation of linux host.

Could you please advise what is the problem and how to solve?

Dear Sir,

I am beginner level to use ltib package and I'd like to ask some questions
regarding about ltib build host setup and ltib installation.

Which version of ubuntu is suitable for ltib installation? Can I use ubuntu
11.10?

Yes that should be fine. I've installed on that version.

Do I need to do default ubuntu installation? Or can I use ubuntu os boot
from CD?

You need an installation so that LTIB can write to disk (/opt/ltib/...)

Is there any reference document for set up of ubuntu 11.10 host for ltib
build and ltib installation?

There's no specific per-platform instructions, just follow the generic
instructions. What you may have to do though is install some missing
dependencies using "sudo apt-get xxx" . LTIB will tell you if something it
needs is missing.

Regards, Stuart
