Check your network connectivity.
Can you do this without error?
wget http://bitshrine.org/gpp/lkc-1.4-link-order.patch
If not, then LTIB won't work either.
If you are inside some sort of corporate network, you'll have enter the
proxy settings inside .ltibrc (http://ltib.org/documentation-LtibFaq)
