string "Enter any CFLAGS for gcc/g++" to: string prompt "Enter any CFLAGS for gcc/g++" if !CUSTOM_TOOLCHAIN Again I haven't tried it out (so your mileage will _definitely_ vary), but this should supply a prompt for TOOLCHAIN_CFLAGS if _not_ using a custom toolchain, and suppress a prompt if using a custom toolchain (since a separate prompt exists for CUSTOM_TOOLCHAIN_CFLAGS).
