this is a valid error.
please do a "make install" command at ltp-full-20090531/testcases
before execute the "make install" command in the sub directory.
Because ltp-full-20090531/testcases/Makefile will create
ltp-full-20090531/testcases/bin/ directory
install:
mkdir -p bin
@set -e; for i in $(SUBDIRS); do $(MAKE) -C $$i install ; done
