Here's your problem:

configure:7160: running /bin/bash ./configure
--disable-option-checking '--prefix=/opt/ltp'
'CFLAGS=-fno-short-enums' '--target=arm-iwmmxt-linux-gnueabi'
'--host=arm-iwmmxt-linux-gnueabi'
'host_alias=arm-iwmmxt-linux-gnueabi'
'target_alias=arm-iwmmxt-linux-gnueabi' --cache-file=/dev/null
--srcdir=.

Don't specify --srcdir=. and things should work a lot better (I'm not
sure why anal retentive autotools didn't whine about that like it
usually does.
