i'd think keeping the project on a single site makes more sense, but it looks 
like more people would prefer the github being the main repo, so i won't fight 
that aspect.

i don't think we should be changing the review process though ... patches 
should be posted to the mailing list for review.  not sure if there's a way to 
have github integrate with that though.
