Sorry. It's my fault. I didn't verify 'make install' for
testcases/kernel/syscalls/ipc/msgctl.
But I would add a pointer to commit 119cf4a626d0a96dd106546987dff276c0e53acb
"msgctl{08, 09, 10, 11}: cleanup", which caused this error, to the commit
message. For history.
