I think you are right. Tweaking the testcases/Makefile is sufficient for
filtering out tests if we use ltp source.

Actually i have downloaded ltp-ddt source and my observation mentioned in
this mail-chain were on ltp-ddt. I thought as i wanted to filter-out ltp's
testcases so i should ask here but it seems that ddt people have changed
some of existing ltp's makefile because of which tweaking
testcases/Makefile doesn't give expected output if we run make from
top-level Makefile.
