Download the Etherboot package from http://etherboot.sourceforge.net/

   $ tar -zxvf etherboot-5.0.4.tar.gz
   $ cd etherboot 5.0.4/src
   $ make tulip.lzpxe

This is all in the documentation for Etherboot (which I'm sure everyone
reads ;-)
