now on the screen have

Found AMD Lance/PCI at 0xffe0, Rom address 0x0000
Probing....[LANCE/PCI]PCI lantecy timer (CFTL) is unreasonably low at 0. 
Setting to 32 clocks.
  PCnet32 base 0XFFE0, addr 08:00:09:8B:C4:7D 
Searching for server (DHCP) ...

Any ideas ?
