DerFox,

It is most likely that you just have the wrong root-path
set in your /etc/dhcpd.conf file.  You want the root-path
to point to /opt/ltsp/i386.

Then, also check your /etc/exports file, to make sure you
are exporting the /opt/ltsp/i386 directory.
