my suggestion for the installation guide:

BEFORE you install any LTSP Packages,
install the following 3 packages from your Linux-Distribution:
( ) dhcp - DHCP Server
( ) tftp - tftp Server
( ) nfsutils - kernel-NFS-Server
or
nfsserver - user-space NFS-Server
