default it uses the generated config with the params you set in lts.conf
You can make your own config file and tell ltsp to take it instead
put your own conf in the YOURLTSPPATH/etc directory and modify the lts.conf like: 
XF86CONFIG_FILE    = XF86Config.ws001
where XF86Config.ws001 is the name of the file

try to set it to XF86_SVGA instead and/or set the X_COLOR_DEPTH and X_MODE_0 to 
something smaller and have a test.
