Deniz,
if you download Jim's ltsp-initrd-kit, you should have everything you
need: the kernel source with the patches applied, the .config, a couple
of utilities, everything. (I think this is mentioned on the website
somewhere, but I'm not sure where.) You still need a working compiler
that's certified for the kernel (check kernel.org for a list of
compilers known to work with the kernel).
