An even easier trick for Mandrake 8.2 is to simply edit the file
/etc/mandrake-release and change the 8.2 to 8.1 before installing LTSP. It
worked for me and now I've got LTSP running fine on my Mandrake 8.2 box. It's
probably a good idea to change that back once LTSP is installed.
