Kids can be prevented from doing so by putting the "DontZap" flag in the
"ServerFlags" section in the /etc/X11/XF86Config file. This is for XFree
3.3.6, XFree 4 must have the same or a similar option in
/etc/X11/XF86Config-4.
|Another thing I do is run a cron job to remove all the old processes every
|night so they can at least fire up star office again the next day if this

What about putting a killall in $HOME/.bash_logout to kill all StarOffice
related processes at logout?
