Yes.  Well, here's an example.

Martin County has a Linux server.  There is an LJ4M Plus in their
office.  There is a print queue on Martin County's Linux server.  The
StarOffice queue connects to the LJ4M Plus's queneon Martin County's
Linux server.  (all of this is about two hours from where I am).  They
can print from any application, including StarOffice, to their printer,
however, they cannot switch between paper trays.  I think that part of
what we are seeing is 10 year old printers but part of it is most likely
our set up as well.

- Printer one floor above me (HP4M Plus) works fine 
- Printers in County 1 work fine (including HP4M Plus)
- Printer in County 2 pulls from manual feed tray by default (HP4M Plus) 
- Printer in Martin - will not pull from manual feed tray at all,
updated firmware, possibly damaged in lightening strike (HP4M Plus)
