You are probably trying to make PXE load the kernel and PXE just doesn't do kernels; it wants an intermediate "NBP" loader. LTSP normally loads via Etherboot, so you NBP should be a PXE bootable Etherboot image for your nic from www.rom-o-matic.net. > What's my solution?
