First: Good for you. A hospital is a great place to introduce standards like these, and I wish you well. Then: This can be done; there's a section in Gnome's help system that'll let you assign a key for it; I think it's under "keyboard shortcuts" or "keyboard macros" or somesuch. Not to be contrary, but are you trying not to *buy* mice, or just not use'em? Ya know, if it's basic terminal emulation (if you're not gonna use email/etc in the GUI) you can just have the workstations come up in level 3, instead of 5...then you can ^D to exit in a flash. And it's easier on the network, too... ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Brian Fahrländer Linux Zealot, Conservative, and Technomad Evansville, IN My Voyage: http://www.CounterMoon.com ICQ 5119262 AOL: WheelDweller Yahoo: WheelDweller Me: http://www.kamakiriad.com/aboutme.html ------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________________________ Have big pipes?
