There was a posting to this list a couple of months back saying it works

The solution I got was to delete the native plugin and use crossover 
from codeweavers with the windoze version of flash.  It also suppots 
quicktime, windows media player and shockwave, but does not send the 
sound to the X terminals.  My server is in another room so I don't know 
if the sound comes out of there or just gets ignored, but I don't get 
random browser crashes anymore.  It was worth the $25 or whatever it 
costs - and they're going to looking sending sound remotely as they want
to support LTSP projects (who're more likely to be big customers I 
suppose - Internet Cafe's etc.)
