Yes, you do have. For a start, take a look at your dhcpd.conf file

> option root-path "192.168.1.102:/opt/ltsp/i386";
This seems ok.

> host nawfil02 {
> fixed-address 192.168.1.102;
                          ^^^
This one messing it all up.

Try eliminate this error, then troubleshoot other problems cropping
up, if any.
