What distro/version of linux are you running on the server ?

first thing I would look at is whether your tftpd is running
with the '-s' option.  If it is, then you DON'T want the
'/tftpboot' on the beginning of the filename in dhcpd.conf.

And, what exactly do you have that filename set to ?

It looks like vmlinuz.ltsp3.0.0.1.  What is that ?

SHould be something like "/lts/vmlinuz-2.4.9-ltsp-6"
