Well in the list of files you included in your mail you forget to 
include the "/etc/exports" maybe there is the trouble, you need to 
include the path where the kernel is on your server into this file,
if you already done ir, maybe you should take a look into the faq 
that is in www.ltsp.org, I remember that there is the answer for 
this problem...
