Hello all,
I'm using a the above videocard and screen on one
of my workstations.
After booting I get the login screen etc.
everything works BUT,
The image on the screen is shifted about 2/3 of the
screenwidth to the right.
as in the example of the following
phrase.
n fox jumped over the lazy dog.The quick
brow
Considering that phrase takes up the whole
screenwidth.
The mouseposition however is correct.
So I click as usual at the bottom right to get
the menu ( btw ltsp is 3.05 and WM is KDE)
but this menu appears somewhere to the
right.
I read the manual for the Xserver, but couldn't
figure it out.
Is it in the X_MODE_0 commandline where I have to
jiggle with parameters?
Does someone have experiences/examples with
this?
Also the only screensize which gives me a readable
screen is 640 x 480. Which is a pity for my nice 17 inch screen.
I've tried Xmanager under ms-windows on the same
box. This works fine. but my windows is so bugged that regularily the box locks
up. Not only with X-manager but with everything.
Thanks in advance,
Bennie
