Hi all I have been playing around with kernel 2.4.20 for ltsp. My server is a rh 8.0 box. I got it running fine with the ltsp config file in ltsp_initrd_kit. So I figured I would see if I could get it to run with one of the rh config files (i586). Having a problem with with CONFIG_ROOT_NFS=y on the rh base config file. Running make xconfig and checking under Network file systems the CONFIG_ROOT_NFS option is not selectable (grayed out) Any one know what the requirements are to use this? I manually placed it into the .config file but if it needs something else it will bomb any ideas? TIA
