The 3c920 is 3Com's OEM version of the 3C905C network adapter. This NIC is
souldered onto the motherboard of computers sold by  Dell and Gateway.
These computers normally have BIOS-integrated bootROMs which support the PXE
network boot protocol.

I suspect that the computer you are already has a BIOS-integrated PXE
bootROM.  Check your PC manual.  If this is the case, then a rom-o-matic
solution may not be necessary since your LTSP server can be configured to
support PXE clients.   Download the pxestuff tarball from ltsp and consult
the README file.
