There's no selection in the BIOS to change this setting.  As additional
info, here's what shows up on the terminal before the kernel loads:

.000021.0000 done
ROM segment 0x0800 length 0x4000 reloc 0x9400
A20 enabled via BIOS
Etherboot 5.0.7 (GPL) Tagged ELF for [NE*000]
Boot from (N)etwork or from (L)ocal?


The message "A20 enabled via BIOS" appears before the kernel loads, and
the message "A20 disabled via BIOS" appears after the kernel loads?
