I have, but it isn't a special good solution. On a little office we
now run ltsp server with Windows ts. in Vmware and then uses rdesktop
to get windows apps on the clients, this is a mutch better solution,
than when every user had his own virtual Vmware machine.  Else you can
use Wine (www.winhq.com) (but now for all windows programs), and ica
($$$, but you get more colors (rdp, which Windows ts uses, has a limit
on 256 colors) you also can have windows apps published to the linux
desktop on the clients).
