I can only comment, rather than be helpful... But the request has be made by someone talking nonsense. If you go to \\windows-server, you will see *all* the shares that do not end in a string character ($), and any half-way bright wannabee hacker will know that \\windows-server\C$ gets you the C drive (assuming correct permissions). May be worth pointing that out?
A possible fix is (assuming your fileserver is distinct from your LTSP boxes) is a script to mount only /home/current-user as a part of the logon process. Of course that would require individually exporting each home directory...
