Many comments about 4.0 etc etc BUT the bottom line is your program is compiled on a machine that has instuctions that the via cpu does not have: ie the illegal instuction. So you must build your program on a machine with, or pretending to have, a i368 CPU ie install rh7 on a via board and build your programs there then use them.
