I had a couple of requests for my user balancing scripts, so I've spent the morning putting them together in a useable form, and have written a reasonably comprehensive readme (attached, but also in the tarball).
Guh... bad day - brain not working - apologies - didn't mean to mail the entire tarball and everything to the list :-(
